2. What this website collects
The website has no user accounts, no payment forms and no form that sends data to us. The enquiry builder runs in your browser and writes a message that you copy and send yourself. What you type into it is not sent to us unless you send it.
Like any website, the servers that deliver it record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use this to keep the site running securely.
3. Information you send us
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you share: typically your name, company, phone number, email address, country and the details of your enquiry or order.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To process, ship and invoice orders and keep business records.
- To meet legal, tax, customs and export obligations.
- To protect the website and our business against misuse or fraud.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the period tax, accounting and trade laws require, then delete or anonymise them.
